Dale Allen
Director of Field Operations, Metro Elevator West Florida
Dale Allen brings 30 years of hands-on experience to his role as Director of Field Operations for Metro Elevator West Florida. A proud IUEC-trained professional, Dale got his start in the industry shortly after graduating high school, when two major hurricanes created a sudden demand for new elevator talent in the Florida Panhandle. Dale was fortunate to have an opportunity to enter the trade and never looked back.
His career has taken him across the globe, with field experience in Puerto Rico, the Bahamas, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, New York City, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas, before eventually returning home to Florida. Along the way, he’s been guided by strong mentors and shaped by the belief his father passed down: “Hustle beats talent.” That work ethic continues to drive Dale today.
Dale’s mission is simple: deliver a best-in-class customer experience that makes Metro the only call clients ever need to make. He’s known for his reliability and ability to step in and solve problems when it matters most—always focused on getting the job done right. What sets Dale apart is his competitive drive and commitment to winning in every aspect of the job.
Outside of work, Dale enjoys spending time with his wife Joan, daughter Justine, and their two dogs, George and Maggie. You’ll often find him attending sporting events or hitting the golf course with friends on the weekend.
