Founded in 1987, Metro Elevator is an independent, American-owned elevator service company focused primarily on commercial elevator services. We support customers across healthcare, hospitality, education, government, energy,
automotive, finance, and technology—delivering reliable elevator solutions tailored to each facility’s needs.
Metro Elevator has been independently and employee-owned for our entire history. Each Metro Elevator Division is locally owned and operated, ensuring faster response times, clearer communication, and personalized service—without sacrificing national reach.

Elevator systems are non-proprietary and do not need to be maintained by the original equipment manufacturer.
