With more than six years of experience in the elevator industry, including more than four years in sales and two years in senior sales leadership, Matt Frazer brings a strong background in sales, customer service, and business development to his role as Business Manager for Metro Elevator Tennessee.
For Matt, the elevator industry is more than a career — it’s a family tradition. His father worked as an elevator mechanic before retiring as the Business Agent for Local 93, and two of his brothers have also built careers in the trade. Growing up around the industry gave Matt an early appreciation for the expertise, relationships, and dedication that go into keeping elevators operating safely and reliably.
Matt’s approach to business is centered on strong communication, responsiveness, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. He believes in taking swift action, keeping customers informed, and going beyond expectations to build lasting relationships. His positive attitude and personable approach help him build meaningful connections with customers and understand their unique needs.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, often going to concerts and sporting events. They also enjoy traveling whenever possible.
