Daniel Hall
President, Metro Elevator Tennessee

Dan Hall serves as President of Metro Elevator Tennessee, where his top priority is caring for both customers and employees. He leads with an unwavering commitment to safety, ethics, and transparency, firmly believing that trust is built through honest communication, accountability, and responsiveness. With an entrepreneurial mindset and an innovative approach, Dan is focused on building a business that consistently delivers on its promises.

Dan brings 15 years of experience in the elevator industry, with a well-rounded background that includes sales leadership, profit and loss management, talent development, business acquisition and integration, safety management, and customer engagement. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and is currently pursuing his MBA at the University of Massachusetts. His professional credentials include OSHA 30 certification, prior certification as a Florida Certified Elevator Technician, active participation in NEII, and involvement with Joint Apprenticeship Committees across several IUEC Locals.

Recruited into the elevator industry shortly after college, Dan began his career as a sales representative after hands-on field training in elevator installation and modernization. He is known for leading by example—never asking his team to do anything he would not do himself. Recognized for his ability to manage complex businesses in challenging environments, Dan values collaboration while remaining decisive and accountable. Above all, he is deeply passionate about the safety and well-being of his employees, and he prides himself on being relatable, reliable, and transparent. 

Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and children, going on weekend hikes, or road trips around the U.S. In his spare time, you can find Dan out on the golf course enjoying the beauty of Tennessee.
