Jason Frazer leads Metro Elevator Tennessee with a mission built on three core principles: put customers first, stay positive, and solve problems the right way. He focuses on supporting and teaching his field teams, keeping communication clear, and ensuring every job is completed with safety, reliability, and integrity.
With 28 years of industry experience, Jason is an IUEC Mechanic, IUEC Trainer, and Field Adjuster who has worked on every type of elevator equipment. His career began early—driving from job to job with his father, who was also an elevator technician. That hands-on introduction shaped his people-first leadership style and deep commitment to quality service.
As a Nashville native, Jason brings a local, community-focused perspective to his work. He takes pride in building a team that reflects the city’s energy and growth. Outside of work, he enjoys hosting family gatherings, spending days on the lake, and taking quick weekend trips to explore new places.
