Troy Ferro serves as Vice President of Metro Elevator Sacramento, bringing more than 20 years of elevator industry experience spanning sales, field operations, and executive leadership. Throughout his career, he has led teams across all areas of the business, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service while developing high-performing employees.
Troy believes the foundation of a successful company is its people. His leadership philosophy centers on building an organization that customers trust and employees are proud to be part of. By investing in team development, fostering authentic relationships, and consistently exceeding customer expectations, he strives to create a culture built on integrity, accountability, and service.
Before entering the elevator industry through a referral from a friend who was an elevator mechanic, Troy attended California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and then transferred to Sacramento State University. He also holds OSHA 30 certification and brings a lifetime of customer service experience to his role.
Outside of work, Troy enjoys traveling with his wife of 26 years, spending time with their three children and granddaughter, playing golf, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
