Brandon Hughes serves as the Director of Business Development for Metro Elevator RDU, where he is committed to delivering unmatched customer service through transparency, responsiveness, and reliability. His philosophy is simple: be upfront with the customer, clearly define expectations, and follow through—every time. Brandon believes that when you’re honest and communicative, you become the only call a customer needs to make.
With over 20 years of experience in the industrial distribution market, Brandon brings deep expertise in sales, operations, and strategic growth. He has successfully built and led a Southeast sales department from the ground up, turning it into a top-performing territory year after year. He’s also completed Sandler Sales Training and earned recognition in the prestigious Sandler Sales President’s Club for his excellence in customer engagement and territory development.
Brandon is known for his strong communication and commitment to setting clear expectations. He believes in being transparent about project details and timelines, keeping customers consistently informed, and always delivering on his word. If a question comes up that he doesn’t have an answer to immediately, he’s quick to follow up with accurate, timely information.
Outside of work, Brandon is a passionate outdoorsman and family man. He enjoys fishing, hunting, golfing, and spending time with his wife and three children. Whether cheering from the sidelines or working on a home project, weekends are all about family and staying active.
