Joshua Gammon
Director of Modernization, Metro Elevator RDU
Joshua Gammon brings 22 years of elevator industry experience to his role as Director of Modernization for Metro Elevator RDU. Having been introduced to the industry through his family, Joshua has built a well-rounded career spanning field operations and management, giving him a practical, hands-on understanding of modernization projects from start to finish.
His background includes four years as a union field employee, six years in construction and modernization management, and twelve years leading service and repair operations. This diverse experience allows Joshua to deliver solutions focused on safety, quality, and long-term performance.
Guided by the philosophy to “endure to succeed when others quit,” Joshua is known for his refuse-to-lose mentality and strong focus on developing people to build high-performing teams. He has earned multiple performance and talent awards throughout his career in recognition of his leadership and results-driven approach.
Outside of work, Joshua enjoys coaching softball, boating, fishing, staying active, and most importantly, spending time with his wife and three daughters.
