Robert Bacosa serves as Senior Account Manager for Metro Elevator NorCal, bringing more than a decade of industry experience and a strong technical background to his role. With a foundation in electronics and additional education in database management, computer science, and business management, Robert offers a well-rounded perspective that helps him effectively support his customers and team.
Robert’s approach to business is rooted in a simple philosophy: a win-win mindset. He believes that when he delivers the best possible outcomes for his customers, it naturally leads to success for everyone involved. His commitment to service has been a constant throughout his career, allowing him to build lasting relationships and provide thoughtful, reliable solutions.
He began his career in the elevator industry as an Account Manager before transitioning into elevator and escalator inspections. Today, he is a certified elevator and escalator inspector and also serves as a certified instructor for escalator inspection training, demonstrating both his technical expertise and dedication to sharing knowledge with others.
What sets Robert apart is his team-first mentality. Rather than focusing on individual recognition, he is driven by helping others succeed—whether that’s supporting customers, collaborating with colleagues, or mentoring others in the field.
Outside of work, Robert enjoys spending time with his family and staying active. His interests include golf, mountain biking, motorcycle racing, photography, and ranching.
