Jason Lee brings a customer-first approach to his role as Director of Modernization at Metro Elevator NorCal. His business philosophy is simple: treat every customer with the same care, respect, and clear communication he expects in return. Jason believes that when clients feel supported, informed, and valued at every step, they receive the level of service they truly deserve.
Jason holds a B.S. in Construction Engineering Management from California State University, Long Beach, and an MBA from Pepperdine University. He is also OSHA 30 certified and forklift certified. With nine years of experience in the elevator industry, Jason combines his expertise in facilities management and elevator operations to anticipate challenges, bridge gaps, and deliver practical, customer-focused solutions.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys golfing, playing tennis, and trying new restaurants. Most of all, he loves spending time with his wife and child and exploring the world together.
