With over 15 years of sales experience, including more than 5 years focused on account management, Jose brings a seasoned, customer-first approach to Metro Elevator NorCal. After working alongside Metro in a previous role, he was drawn to the company’s strong leadership and collaborative culture. Inspired by how Metro operates, he joined the team eager to contribute his experience in growing lasting customer relationships and business success.
What truly sets Jose apart is his ability to make every client feel like they’re the only one in the room. His emphasis on honesty, responsiveness, and follow-through helps him build trust that endures far beyond a single transaction.
Outside of work, Jose can usually be found poolside with his wife and four kids, cheering them on at water polo matches and swim meets. Family time and supporting his children’s passions are what keep him motivated and grounded.
