Samantha Flores serves as Project Manager for Metro Elevator NorCal, bringing over 10 years of experience leading complex projects and multidisciplinary teams. She holds a bachelor's degree in public administration and has built her career on a strong foundation of organization, leadership, and people-focused execution.
Her approach to work is grounded in a simple mission: turning bold ideas into real-world success by building elevated teams where people feel supported, confident, and valued. She believes in consistently lifting people, standards, and outcomes to the next level through collaboration, clear communication, and strong leadership. Her practical, results-driven mindset, paired with a warm and confident presence, helps teams perform at their best.
When Samantha’s healthcare career was unexpectedly interrupted by a layoff, her husband, who had entered the elevator industry before her, encouraged her to see it as an opportunity for a new path. His support gave her the confidence to make a career change, and she has since brought her leadership experience, strong work ethic, and people-focused approach into the industry.
Outside of work, Samantha spends much of her time with her husband and their four children, cheering them on at water polo matches, swim meets, soccer games, track events, and ballet performances. She’s an enthusiastic supporter on the sidelines and enjoys connecting with other moms through busy weekends, shared activities, and book club conversations.
