Vanessa brings more than 32 years of experience in the elevator industry to her role as Operations Manager for Metro Elevator NorCal. She believes that happy customers are worth their weight in gold and that clear, honest communication is the key to every successful business relationship.
Over the course of her career, Vanessa has served as a salesperson, state compliance administrator, office manager, superintendent, and operations manager. She first entered the industry working alongside her father, a proud union elevator constructor who started his own company. That early foundation sparked a lifelong commitment to the trade and gave her a well-rounded perspective that benefits both customers and colleagues.
Vanessa takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring customer satisfaction remains at the forefront. Her steady leadership and depth of experience make her a valued part of the Metro Elevator NorCal team.
Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys working out, reading, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Her favorite moments are with her husband (and best friend), who still makes her laugh every day. Metro Elevator NorCal is proud to have Vanessa leading operations with experience, heart, and a steady hand.
