As a second-generation elevator constructor, Josh Sutton carries forward his late father’s legacy with a career built on honesty, respect, loyalty, and fairness. With 30 years of experience in the elevator industry, Josh has developed a reputation for his hard work, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to supporting both his team and customers.
A proud member of IUEC Local 8 and CCCM certified, Josh began his career naturally—following in the footsteps of his father, who dedicated four decades to the trade. Over the years, he has earned multiple awards recognizing his leadership, teamwork, and success in exceeding performance goals.
Josh approaches every challenge with persistence and a focus on helping others, qualities that have set him apart as a trusted leader at Metro Elevator NorCal. Outside of work, he enjoys caring for his family’s small farm, building and fixing things, and teaching his four children through hands-on experiences with cars, tractors, and the field—especially during baseball with his special needs son.
