Jamily Carvalho

Jamily Carvalho brings more than 10 years of experience in operations, process improvement, and client service to her role as Project Coordinator with Metro Elevator NorCal. With a background in industrial engineering and a strong focus on process and quality, she helps keep projects and day-to-day operations moving efficiently while delivering a consistent experience for customers.
Jamily holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, a Project Management Certificate from Chabot College, and certifications in Process Management and Quality Management through SENAI. Her experience spans operations management, business ownership, and process improvement, giving her a well-rounded understanding of how teams, processes, and customer needs come together.
At Metro, Jamily supports state compliance work, billing, and Northern California office operations. She is passionate about identifying opportunities to improve processes, solve problems, and ensure commitments are followed through. Her approach is simple: show up, follow through, and make things a little better every time.
Throughout her career, Jamily has held roles in operations, management, and client service, including experience in franchise and infrastructure businesses. She has led process improvements that reduced material waste by more than 20% and was promoted from intern to general manager early in her career.
Jamily believes trust is built through consistency and the small things that make a difference, from responding quickly and keeping customers informed to following through on commitments. Her experience as an owner, manager, and coordinator gives her a unique perspective on how each part of a project connects, from the field to the office to the customer.
Outside of work, Jamily enjoys cooking and trying new recipes, spending time outdoors, staying active, and traveling whenever she can.
