John Petty brings nearly 30 years of experience in the elevator industry to his role as Vice President of Operations at Metro Elevator New England. A Massachusetts State Licensed Mechanic and NEIEP Certified, John built his career on a foundation of excellence and integrity, believing that financial success naturally follows from doing the job right.
John discovered the elevator trade through a friend while transitioning out of the military, beginning a career that would span decades and countless challenging projects. He is known for his clear and honest communication, helping colleagues and clients feel confident and informed every step of the way.
Outside of work, John enjoys exploring the outdoors with his wife, whether hiking, backpacking, or camping—always embracing new adventures in nature.
