With more than 21 years of experience in the elevator industry, Larry Panaro serves as Director of Sales for Metro Elevator Nevada. He is dedicated to building lasting relationships by maintaining a customer-first approach and leading with authenticity, integrity, and a genuine commitment to helping customers find the right solutions for their facilities.
Larry earned his Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Marketing from Arizona State University. He entered the elevator industry through a longtime family connection and has since built an accomplished career, earning multiple elite sales and sales management awards during his tenure with leading manufacturers. His strong work ethic, unwavering persistence, and focus on delivering exceptional customer service have consistently set him apart throughout his career.
Outside of work, Larry enjoys spending time with his wife of more than 22 years, Lisa, and their three children. Whether traveling together, cooking as a family, cheering on his son's travel hockey team, supporting his daughter's high school cheerleading events, or visiting his oldest daughter at the University of Arizona, family is at the center of everything he does.
