Rebecca Towne
Director of Sales, Metro Elevator Wisconsin

Rebecca’s career began in an administrative role and quickly evolved into project management, where she oversaw new installations and large-scale projects, including work at a major professional sports venue in Green Bay. She later spent ten years as a sales representative in Central Wisconsin before advancing into branch management and corporate leadership roles, where she led inside sales and change management initiatives on a national scale.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Carroll University and has earned consistent recognition throughout her career for her performance and customer-first approach. Rebecca was repeatedly ranked among the top in North America for customer satisfaction and net promoter scores, as well as for contract retention and growth. Her success led to her role as a subject matter expert, where she helped train new sales hires in both product knowledge and sales strategy.

Rebecca’s business philosophy centers on teamwork, accountability, and follow-through. She believes success comes from understanding the full scope of an organization—not just one role—and being someone others can rely on. Her ability to connect operational insight with sales strategy allows her to create meaningful value for her customers while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and attention to detail.

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her four sons, whether skiing in the winter or camping and hiking national parks during the summer. She also enjoys running, gardening, and spending time with friends.
