Michael Gebben serves as Director of Operations for Metro Elevator Michigan, bringing more than 19 years of leadership experience and over 7 years of experience in the elevator industry. Since entering the industry, he has held a variety of positions, giving him a well-rounded perspective on operations, service, and team leadership.
Michael is focused on building efficient, scalable operations that empower people, strengthen processes, and create sustainable growth while delivering exceptional value to customers. His leadership style combines accountability and results with a genuine commitment to supporting his team. He believes that understanding what people need to succeed is essential to building trust and developing high-performing teams.
Throughout his career, Michael has been recognized for his leadership and commitment to operational excellence. He holds OSHA 10 certification and a Lean Manufacturing Certificate, reflecting his focus on workplace safety, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his family and his two energetic boys. He also enjoys snowboarding, hunting, and fishing, making the most of his time outdoors.
