Robin earned her degree from Western Michigan University, majoring in Sales and Business Marketing with minors in Business Analytics and Business Administration. She began her career in the elevator industry in 2017 as a Sales Account Manager and has continued to build her expertise through nearly a decade of experience serving customers and helping them navigate their elevator needs.
Her organizational skills and customer-focused approach allow Robin to prioritize customer needs, communicate effectively, and ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner. She takes pride in providing responsive service and finding thoughtful, lasting solutions for the customers she serves.
Outside of work, Robin enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, son, and dogs. She also loves baking, trying new recipes, and spending time at home with family and friends.
