Kalyn Banachowski
Director of Sales, Metro Elevator Michigan
Kalyn Banachowski serves as the Director of Sales for Metro Elevator Michigan, bringing more than 11 years of industry experience and a strong commitment to communication, customer relationships, and service excellence. Born and raised in Michigan, Kalyn takes pride in supporting the elevators that help keep local communities moving every day.
Kalyn earned her Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Professional Sales from the University of Toledo and began her career in the elevator industry as a Sales Intern in 2014. Through dedication and leadership, she advanced from Account Manager to Sales Manager before stepping into her current role as Director of Sales.
Her business philosophy centers on one core belief: communication is key. Kalyn believes strong communication builds trust, strengthens partnerships, and drives successful outcomes for both customers and teams.
Outside of work, Kalyn enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. Together, they enjoy boating, skiing, traveling, and riding their side-by-side.
