Steve Larson leads the Metro Elevator Kansas City Division with a clear belief: no one succeeds alone. He’s built his leadership philosophy around the idea that exceptional customer service is only possible when there’s a strong, supportive team culture behind the scenes. By leading with integrity and holding his team to high standards, Steve ensures customers always receive the level of service they deserve.
A graduate of the University of Iowa, Steve brings nearly 25 years of professional experience—including 16 years in the elevator industry—to his role. He entered the field through a career fair during his senior year of college, drawn to the industry’s global reach, essential services, and opportunities for growth.
Known for his fun-loving personality and love of new experiences, Steve takes pride in building authentic connections and bringing energy into every interaction. His favorite title to date? World’s Best Dad (2019).
Outside of work, Steve is passionate about traveling the world with his family. Whether exploring a new country or creating lifelong memories, he embraces the YOLO spirit and lives life to the fullest.
