Aimee is an Account Executive and oversees Business Development for Metro Elevator’s Kansas City Division. She is committed to building strong customer relationships through dependable service, clear communication, and consistent follow-up. Aimee believes that trust is earned by doing what you say you will do and always putting the customer first.
With over 15 years of experience in the elevator industry, Aimee brings deep knowledge and a solutions-focused approach to every customer interaction. She holds an MBA and has built her career around working face-to-face with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that support their buildings and long-term goals.
Aimee was drawn to the elevator industry after college while pursuing a career in outside sales. A recommendation from a family friend introduced her to the field, and she quickly discovered a passion for the constant learning and problem-solving the industry offers. Her strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to communication help set her apart.
Outside of work, Aimee enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. She also loves exercising and shopping, and has a lifelong passion for dirt track racing. Her family is still actively involved in the sport, and she enjoys watching races whenever she can.
