Megan Richman brings 17 years of elevator industry experience and a steadfast commitment to service as Vice President of Metro Elevator Kansas City. Guided by her personal philosophy, serve with empathy, deliver with excellence, Megan has built a reputation for her responsive leadership style, strong customer relationships, and consistent follow-through.
A graduate of the University of Kansas, Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a Minor in Business, along with a Bronze Certification in Sandler Sales Training. She entered the industry shortly after college, discovering her passion for the elevator field at a campus career fair. Drawn to the balance of technical work, problem-solving, and interpersonal connection, she found an environment where she could thrive and make an impact.
Megan’s dedication has earned her multiple recognitions, including President's Club (2023) and High Performance Awards in 2016, 2018, 2021, 2022, and 2023. What sets her apart is her genuine care for people, quality service, and the reputation she builds with every interaction. Known for her accountability and reliability, Megan is the kind of leader who always follows through on her word.
Outside of work, Megan prioritizes family time with her husband and two young boys. Whether exploring outdoors, traveling to new places, or enjoying a long run to clear her mind, she embraces life with energy and purpose.
