Brian Schafer serves as Account Manager for Metro Elevator Idaho, bringing more than 15 years of experience in the elevator industry. He is committed to building lasting customer relationships by approaching every opportunity with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a focus on delivering exceptional service.
After graduating with honors from California Maritime Academy with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Brian began his career in the elevator industry in a sales role, where he quickly discovered a passion for combining relationship building with technical problem-solving. Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation for his dependable work ethic, follow-through, and dedication to helping customers find the right solutions for their facilities.
Brian has been consistently recognized for excellence in both sales achievement and operational execution, reflecting his well-rounded impact across the organizations he has supported. He believes that long-term success is built by investing in customers, supporting teammates, and continuously looking for ways to improve the customer experience.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, Jill, their two children, Julia and Andrew, and their Labrador Retriever, Daisy. Whether exploring the outdoors, riding bikes, or caring for their backyard chickens, family time is a priority. He also coaches youth Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes and continues to train alongside his children.
