Cameron Kape brings over 21 years of hands-on experience in the elevator industry to his role as Vice President of Operations at Metro Elevator Green Bay. Beginning his career as a service mechanic, Cameron spent many years on the frontline before moving into leadership roles, where he earned recognition for his dedication to service excellence, receiving awards in both 2021 and 2022.
Cameron’s leadership philosophy is simple: lead with clarity and accountability, staying close to the work and the people doing it. He prides himself on leading by example, never asking his team to do anything he wouldn’t do himself.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and combines his technical knowledge with strong operational expertise to drive efficiency, growth, and exceptional service for Metro Elevator customers.
Outside of work, Cameron enjoys hunting, fishing, and golfing. Most weekends are spent with his wife, whether at home or exploring new destinations on fun day trips.
