Heather Ford
Account Manager, Metro Elevator DFW
Heather Ford brings seven years of elevator industry experience and a people-first approach to her role as Account Manager at Metro Elevator DFW. She believes great customer relationships are built on trust, clear communication, and follow-through. Whether she's returning a call, providing an update, or helping solve a challenge, Heather makes sure every customer feels heard, supported, and confident in their elevator service.
Heather first entered the elevator industry in 2014 and quickly found a passion for the work and the people. After gaining experience in several other industries, she returned to vertical transportation and joined Metro Elevator, drawn by its team and culture.
Heather holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Texas and a Master of Science from Amberton University. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and building strong customer relationships.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband, Mark, and their daughter, Avery. Much of their time is spent supporting Avery and her FFA steer, Voodoo, as well as helping her prepare for college. Heather and Mark are big Dallas Stars fans and also love traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
