With 29 years of experience in the elevator industry, Ronnie Wall brings extensive field knowledge and a straightforward, service-focused approach to his role as Repair/Service Superintendent with Metro Elevator DFW. He got his start in the industry through an apprenticeship and went on to become an IUEC mechanic, building a strong technical foundation and a deep understanding of elevator service and repair.
Ronnie believes in providing reputable service built on trust and transparency. He takes an honest, open approach to his work, keeping customers informed and focused on finding practical solutions that meet their needs. His commitment to these principles helps him build lasting relationships with customers and the teams he works alongside.
Throughout his career, Ronnie’s performance has also been recognized with the distinction of achieving the highest gross margin within his district. He holds OSHA 30 training and continues to bring nearly three decades of industry experience to every project.
Outside of work, Ronnie enjoys restoring classic vehicles, giving him another opportunity to combine hands-on skills with an appreciation for craftsmanship.
