Alicia Aguayo serves as Service and Repair Project Manager for Metro Elevator DFW, bringing 10 years of industry experience and a results-driven approach to every project. After relocating from Illinois to Texas in 2016, she transitioned from a career as a 911 dispatcher into the elevator industry, where she quickly developed expertise in service operations, project coordination, and customer support. Over the years, she has built a strong reputation for helping customers navigate repair and modernization projects with confidence and clarity.
Alicia is guided by a simple philosophy: “I don’t need perfect clarity to move forward. I take the next sensible step, learn from the outcome, and repeat.” This mindset allows her to tackle challenges proactively while continuously improving processes and outcomes for customers.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, an OSHA 30 Certification, and is a commissioned Notary Public in the State of Texas. Her diverse educational background and professional training contribute to her strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
What sets Alicia apart is her commitment to clarity over convenience. She believes in communicating accurately and promptly rather than simply telling people what they want to hear. By fostering transparency, accountability, and reliability, she helps build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues alike. Her focus is always on creating value, protecting what matters, and leaving things better than she found them.
Outside of work, Alicia enjoys working out, reading, taking her dogs to the dog park, paddle boarding, and spending quality time with friends.
