Matt Jaetzold serves as Operations Manager for Metro Elevator DFW, leading with a simple but powerful philosophy: do the right thing the first time. With 11 years of experience in the elevator industry and an OSHA 30 certification, Matt brings a strong operational focus and a deep commitment to customer service.
After beginning his career in oil and gas, Matt found his way into the elevator industry through a local connection and quickly discovered a passion for the work. Since then, he’s built his career on balancing the needs of customers and field technicians alike—recognizing that great service starts with great teamwork.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, traveling whenever possible, and sneaking in a round of golf on the weekends.
