Ryan Tews serves as Vice President of Operations for Metro Elevator Colorado, bringing more than 22 years of elevator industry experience to the team. He believes there is no replacement for hard work and is committed to building an operation centered on safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Ryan's career began right out of high school, inspired by his father's electric motor and machine shop, which frequently partnered with elevator companies. That early exposure sparked a passion for the industry and laid the foundation for a career dedicated to operational excellence. Today, he is a licensed conveyance mechanic with extensive hands-on experience leading teams and delivering reliable service to customers.
What sets Ryan apart is his mindset of always striving to be better than the day before. He believes consistent improvement—both individually and as a team—is key to delivering exceptional results and creating lasting value for customers.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children. Whether golfing, snowboarding, fishing, hunting, or cheering on their kids at games and tournaments, he values every opportunity to be outdoors and with family.
