With more than 20 years of experience in the elevator industry, Kevin Waite brings a well-rounded perspective to every client relationship. As Vice President of Metro Elevator Colorado, he is committed to delivering safe, reliable vertical transportation solutions through honest communication, responsive service, and a customer-first approach. Kevin believes lasting partnerships are built on trust, transparency, and consistently doing the job right.
Kevin began his career in Western New York as an elevator apprentice before advancing to field mechanic. Over the years, he expanded his expertise through operations and sales management, consulting, and elevator inspections, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the industry from both technical and operational perspectives.
A QEI-certified and licensed elevator professional, Kevin has completed NEIEP training and OSHA safety certification, reinforcing his commitment to technical excellence and workplace safety. His diverse background allows him to provide practical guidance, develop effective long-term solutions, and help clients confidently navigate the unique needs of their properties.
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family and his two dogs, Harper and Murphy. Whether he's skiing, golfing, or exploring Colorado's outdoors, he appreciates every opportunity to enjoy the state's natural beauty.
