Josh Boyer
Field Supervisor, Metro Elevator Central Texas
Josh Boyer brings more than 15 years of experience in the elevator industry to his role as Field Supervisor for Metro Elevator Central Texas. Guided by the belief that the heart of true leadership is rooted in care, Josh emphasizes responsibility, service, and the courage to inspire others toward a shared vision. His leadership philosophy is built on caring for people, clients, and communities while fostering teamwork and accountability.
Josh began his career in 2004 when he joined the IUEC as a construction installer. After completing the Field Managers Development Program, he advanced to Construction Superintendent before transitioning into service operations and account management—areas where he has spent the majority of his career ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Throughout his career, Josh has been recognized with multiple performance-based awards, consistently exceeding financial, operational, and customer service goals.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Operations Management and a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. This unique combination of business acumen and people-centered insight allows him to lead with both vision and compassion, creating strong connections that inspire collaboration and trust.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys traveling, staying active, and—most of all—spending quality time with his family, whether relaxing at home or exploring new places together.
