Michael Trahan brings over 20 years of experience in sales and customer satisfaction, including eight years dedicated to the elevator industry, to his role as Modernization Sales Executive at Metro Elevator Central Texas. With a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Southeastern Louisiana University, Michael is known for his ability to listen, connect ideas, and deliver reliable, results-driven solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
Michael’s journey into the elevator world began after a successful career in the cell phone industry. Intrigued by an opportunity in elevator sales, he took a leap and never looked back. Since then, he’s earned consistent recognition for his performance, teamwork, and dedication, gaining the trust and appreciation of both colleagues and clients.
Guided by the belief that the best solutions create the best future, Michael thrives on helping building owners and property managers find modernization strategies that are both practical and forward-thinking.
Outside of work, you’ll find him enjoying live music, outdoor adventures, or a movie night with his wife and daughter. He also enjoys playing basketball and unwinding with a cold beer on a nice patio.
