Zack Crabb is the Vice President of Metro Elevator Carolinas, where he leads with a people-first approach rooted in integrity, accountability, and service. His philosophy is simple: invest in people, operate with integrity, and build teams that deliver exceptional experiences for customers.
With a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and more than 11 years of industry experience, Zack brings a strong background in operations, engineering, and team development. His career has centered on solving complex engineering challenges, guiding high-performing teams, managing large-scale P&Ls, and overseeing one of the largest and most profitable elevator regions in the country.
Zack’s path into the elevator industry came unexpectedly after his brother shared his resume with a hiring manager—an introduction that sparked a long-term career in the trade. Since then, he has become known for hands-on leadership, operational excellence, and driving results through well-supported teams.
Throughout his career, Zack has earned national recognition for performance and results, including multiple honors for operational excellence. He has consistently built and guided high-performing teams recognized for service growth, customer satisfaction, and overall business success.
Outside of work, Zack enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two young kids, whether hiking, camping, exercising, or working in the yard.
