Her career began as a college aide in the NYC Department of Buildings' Elevator Division during her freshman year of college. What started as a temporary role quickly turned into a lifelong passion. From those early days, Jennifer built her career around learning the ins and outs of the industry, eventually becoming a filing representative and honing her skills through hands-on experience.
Jennifer’s leadership style is shaped by her belief that progress always outweighs perfection and that building trust is essential to success. She approaches each day with a dedication to improving systems, solving problems, and ensuring safety and reliability for every customer.
When she’s not working, Jennifer enjoys spending quality time with her family, cooking and baking, and relaxing with a good movie. She brings the same sense of care and connection to her personal life as she does to her work at Metro Elevator New York.
