Brent Barrett brings nearly two decades of elevator industry experience to his role as Senior Account Manager for Metro Elevator’s Central Texas Division. With a background shaped by family ties to the trade and mentorship from some of the industry's most respected leaders, Brent has developed a reputation for delivering reliable, honest service in every interaction.
Brent’s elevator journey began thanks to a call from a fellow Marine Corps veteran, which led to an opportunity with one of the most well-known professionals in the industry — and he’s never looked back. Since then, he has earned numerous awards for consistently exceeding performance goals across service, repair, and modernization sales.
For Brent, every elevator ride is a reflection of trust, safety, and service. “We’re not just in the business of moving people between floors, we’re in the business of earning trust and delivering a seamless experience every time someone presses a button.”
Known for his integrity and customer-first approach, Brent is as committed to building strong relationships as he is to solving complex challenges.
Outside of work, Brent is passionate about coaching fastpitch softball and helping develop the next generation of female athletes. His weekends are spent at the ballpark, mentoring young women to be confident, resilient leaders both on and off the field.
