Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Frank is fluent in Spanish. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and International Business from Florida State University and has over 19 years of experience in the elevator industry. His diverse roles span project management, sales, branch and regional sales management, and internationally leading operations in Colombia and Latin America based out of Sao Paulo, Brazil. Prior to joining Metro, Frank served as Vice President of Global Field Operations, overseeing New Installations and Modernizations. Frank is also a certified Change Management practitioner.
Throughout his career, Frank has been recognized for his leadership and dedication, earning the 2021 CEO Award for Commitment to Change and achieving top performer status in Employee Engagement globally in Latin America. His unique blend of communication skills, drive, and a focus on both customers and employees sets him apart in the industry.
In his free time, Frank enjoys supporting his children at their sporting events, fishing, golfing, and traveling.
