Maria Carrasco serves as the Operations Project Manager for Metro Elevator DFW, where she drives safe, efficient, and reliable project execution by aligning people, processes, and resources. She believes in leading through clear communication, teamwork, and accountability, ensuring that every project upholds Metro Elevator’s commitment to quality and reliability.

With over 20 years of experience in the elevator industry, Maria began her career in a regional accounting role, which sparked her interest in the construction and operational side of elevators. She is OSHA 30 Certified in Elevator Construction, holds a Leadership Skills in Project Management Certification, and is a Notary Public for the State of Texas.

Maria’s dedication to safety, operational efficiency, and team coordination sets her apart. She excels at solving challenges under pressure and ensuring every project meets the highest standards of reliability and quality. Her leadership and community involvement have been recognized through her service as a Board Director (2025–2026) for NAWIC Chapter #1 Fort Worth and her membership in the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Outside of work, Maria enjoys relaxing with a good book, pursuing online certifications, discovering new restaurants with her husband, and traveling to Colorado to visit her grandchildren—her favorite way to spend free time.
