Justin Lee brings nearly 26 years of comprehensive elevator industry experience to his role as Vice President of Metro Elevator Idaho. Throughout his career, Justin has held a wide range of leadership positions—including accounting, service and repair account management, dedicated repair sales, service and modernization operations, and both branch and general management—culminating in his most recent role as a modernization executive. His journey began in 1999, and he has been deeply committed to the industry ever since.
Justin's business philosophy is simple but powerful: “Take care of our customers’ elevators so well they forget they have them, and treat customers and employees so well they forget we are a company.” This customer-first mindset has been instrumental in his success, helping him lead high-performing teams in Boise, Spokane, and Arkansas. Under his leadership, branches have consistently ranked among the top in growth, safety, and customer satisfaction.
In recognition of his dedication and performance, Justin received the prestigious America's Cup Award—one of the highest sales honors in the industry. He credits his success to the collective effort of teams who prioritize customers above all else.
What sets Justin apart is his passion for the elevator business. “This is the industry that chose me, and once I chose it back, I never looked back,” he says. That unwavering dedication has earned him a reputation for reliability, excellence, and an unmatched work ethic.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys exploring Idaho’s great outdoors with his family—whether hiking, hunting, camping, or discovering new rural towns. Much of his free time is also spent supporting his daughters’ competitive volleyball pursuits across the region.
