Jennifer Hill serves as Business Manager for Metro Elevator’s Houston Division, bringing compassion, honesty, and a commitment to excellence to every aspect of her work.
She believes in creating a supportive and trustworthy environment for clients, vendors, and coworkers while elevating standards and exceeding expectations in vertical transportation.
Before entering the elevator industry, Jennifer earned her CMA and built a 26-year career in the medical field, where she gained more than 12 years of managerial experience. Introduced to the industry by a close family friend, she quickly discovered her passion and has advanced through multiple roles—including Service Sales Office Coordinator, Project Manager, Administrative Lead, and Office Manager—before stepping into her current position as Business Manager. With over six years of elevator industry experience, Jennifer is recognized for her strong work ethic, team-first mindset, and ability to go the extra mile for others.
Her leadership experience extends beyond her professional roles; Jennifer was nominated and voted to serve on two different chair committees within the business office of a busy multi-doctor practice, holding a committee president position for four years.
What sets Jennifer apart is her compassion, caring nature, and dedication to building lasting relationships. She takes pride in fostering a culture of teamwork and positivity that not only supports her colleagues but also enhances the customer experience.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband of 28 years and their two sons. She loves walking their French bulldog, Tater—often chauffeured in his stroller—exploring the outdoors with fellow Jeep enthusiasts, and volunteering at local Jeep club events throughout Houston. She is also a Disney fan at heart and loves trips to Disney World. Above all, Jennifer is devoted to her family and values a healthy balance between work and home life.
