Alanna studied Media and Film at Liverpool Hope University and the University of Ulster, and her professional journey has spanned the insurance, film, property management, and elevator industries. This diverse background gives her a unique perspective on client needs and equips her to communicate effectively, anticipate concerns, and build strong, trust-based relationships. Her experience in property management, in particular, provides firsthand insight into the challenges customers face, which has helped her stand out in her client-focused work.
Her entry into the elevator industry came after successfully navigating a challenging three-month elevator issue at a property she managed, where her skill in de-escalation, clear communication, and client support caught the attention of the elevator company. Since joining Metro Elevator, she has continued to distinguish herself with a human-centered approach, ensuring clients feel understood, supported, and confident in the service they receive.
Outside of work, Alanna enjoys sleeping in when she can, taking long walks, and spending quality time with her children, family, and friends.
