With 16 years of experience in the elevator industry, Michelle has honed her expertise across all business lines. She began her career in 2008 after graduating from Texas A&M University, gaining invaluable hands-on experience at her father’s company, Capital Electric Co., in Dallas, Texas. There, they specialized in providing repair services for elevator generators to major companies.
Michelle has achieved significant milestones throughout her career. From 2017 to 2024, she consistently exceeded goals in modernization, repair, and service, showcasing her dedication and effectiveness. Her ability to surpass business targets has earned her recognition for outstanding performance and contributions to the industry.
Known for her adaptability, strong work ethic, and customer-focused approach, Michelle excels in follow-up, innovative thinking, and problem-solving. In her role overseeing Waco, she prioritizes her customers, striving to be fair and helpful while fostering a profitable, thriving company.
When she isn’t working, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family. She has three children, one of whom is heavily involved in barrel racing. This means you can often find her spending weekends on the road, attending rodeos across Texas.
